No access to the Judges box or Pavilion.

No dogs allowed onsite.

One toilet will be open outside the main reception. It can only be accessed by walking through the gates in the front car park. Do not walk through the indoor stabling or use indoor facilities at any time. If necessary, please stand at a 2m distance outside the external toilet when queueing. Where possible please use your own facilities.

There is no public access to the indoor stabling or barns at any time except for staff and livery clients

Any one not adhering to our T&C will be asked to leave.

All competitors must jump in drawn order. NO exceptions

Entries

All entries and payments to be completed online in advance of the show date. Entries close two days before the show – please check the schedule for each show.

Additional entries for those on the start list may be accepted at the judges/secretary’s discretion if space allows.

Any day tickets must be obtained online prior to the close of entries. Priority will be given to British Showjumping members over day ticket holders.

Parking

Be courteous and park with adequate space between lorries. A reminder that horses should not be tied to lorries or left unattended.

Warm Up

Tacking up to take place at your own lorry/vehicle.

BS Warm-Up: 8 Horses maximum. Time in the jump warm-up may be limited.

For unaffiliated shows, follow stewards instructions and read schedules prior to arriving.

Competition

Enter the competition arena when called by the collecting ring steward. Only one competitor to be in the main ring at any one time.

Exit the competition arena via the collecting ring gate and return to the car park for cool down. Practice arena is not to be used for cool down.

Return to your vehicle/parking area to untack and load up. Horses should not be tied to lorries/trailers.

Rosettes will be honoured 1st-6th for each class and collected on request from the secretary subject to schedule.

Results will be posted online after the show and available to view via the BS live stream during the show.

Prize money will be refunded electronically onto your original payment card, to arrive within 5-10 days. Note – please make sure all contact details are correct as we may need to contact you for additional information to process your prize money. After one week, prize money uncollected will be forfeited. No cash prize money will be paid.

Refunds

Refunds of 50% will be given up to 48 hours before the start of the show. No refunds or transfers will be given for anyone who withdraws after times have been posted.

Catering

Contactless or card payments preferred. Catering will be take-away only and please use bins provided for litter.
